We have over 200 cables in our catalog for GE Fanuc PLC’s, associated MMI’s and other related equipment.

NEW CABLES FOR RX3i AND RX7i: There aren't any!! The communication ports on the new PLC's are the same as 90-30 and 90-70. An SNP port, for instance, is the same any time you find a 15 pin  connector! So all of our existing cables work just fine on the new PLC's.

We have no intention of competing with the factory for their standard cables. We encourage you to buy from the factory wherever possible.

Our niche market is in four areas:

* Cables of lengths not available from the factory,

* Delivery of cables that may not otherwise be available in a timely manner. Our standard lead time is 10 to 14 working days. 3 working days is usually available if needed, and most overnight emergencies can be accommodated.

* Cables that are not available from the factory, such as the 90-30 SNP or CMM Multidrop cables that are shown in the manuals, but not sold by GE.

* Special cables built to customer's specifications.

Quality Control:

Completed cables are tested end to end for correct connections, including all pins not in use, using a GE Fanuc 90-30 PLC programmed for the specific cable. When we ship a cable, we know it works.

All Hawkins Enterprises cables are soldered, not crimped, connections, with the exception of RJ connectors. All solder connections are made with 96.5%tin, 3%silver, .5%copper solder. No lead is used in any cable. All Hawkins Enterprises cables are RoHS compliant.  RoHS certifications for all components used in our cables are available on request.

Special Cables

We make special cables on request for our customers if connector and pinout specs can be provided, subject to availability of suitable connectors and cable. Please contact us for your special cable needs.

We do not supply electronic parts, converters, or cables containing them, such as HMI-CAB-C049 which contains a converter.

Distributors:

We sell to GE Fanuc Distributors only. We are happy to help your customer with technical issues, but we will refer him to his GE Fanuc distributor to purchase cables.
